  • 1) Can family members paint the residents' rooms?

    Residents cannot paint the resident rooms.

    2) Do you have private rooms?

    Yes, private rooms are available at an additional cost and on a first-come, first-served basis.

    3) ARE TVS AND CABLE PROVIDED?

    We provide TVs, you don't need to bring your own but you will need to arrange for cable and our staff will be happy to assist you.

    4) Does the facility wash the resident’s laundry?

    All linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are laundered by the facility and included in your daily service charge. Your personal laundry may be cared for by family or friends at their home by request. There is no additional cost to have the facility launder personal clothing. All personal clothing must be labeled with the resident’s name.

    5) Are residents allowed to have a refrigerator?

    At the facility's discretion and in line with the facility policies, residents may be permitted to bring a small refrigerator with them.

    6) If there are problems or concerns, who addresses these issues?

    Please feel free to report your problems or concerns to any staff member and if they cannot assist you, they will put you in touch with the appropriate person. You can also feel free to report problems or concerns to our Administrator.

    7) Can pets come to visit?

    Yes, at the facility's sole discretion, small pets may be brought into the facility for visits. Any pets permitted in the building must have current vaccination records available, must remain on a leash or in a carrier and must remain in the owner's control.

    8) Do you offer transportation?

    With advanced scheduling, we coordinate transportation for medical appointments in the community through independent transport providers and, when available, through in-house transportation.

    9) Are you a smoking facility?

    Smoking is permitted in line with facility policies and under staff supervision.
